How to take your measurements correctly
To choose the size best suited to your body shape, use a flexible tape measure and take your measurements directly on your body, without pulling the tape tight.
1. Bust measurement
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level. Maintain a natural posture without puffing out your chest.
This measurement is particularly important when choosing sports bras and sports tops.
2. Waist measurement
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually above your navel and below your ribs.
Do not pull in your stomach, and keep the tape measure comfortably snug.
3. Hip measurement
With your feet together, place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
This measurement is essential when choosing leggings, shorts and other sports bottoms.
Between two sizes: which should you choose?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, your choice may depend on your preferences for comfort and support.

For a closer fit: choose the smaller size if the measurements and the stretch of the garment allow it.

For more room: choose the larger size for greater freedom of movement.

For leggings and shorts: refer mainly to your hip and waist measurements.

For sports bras: pay particular attention to your bust measurement and the level of support you want.
