The quilted ELIA tote accompanies studio sessions, shopping and office days with a slightly structured vertical shape and a neutral palette.
- Shoulder comfort: reinforced padded handles, approximately 56 cm long with a drop of about 22 cm, to wear over a coat.
- Room for everyday life: approximately 14 L for a sports outfit, towel, water bottle and essentials.
- Discreet storage: a zipped inner pocket for keys, phone and cards.
- Soft feel and structure: diamond quilting over lightweight padding, a reinforced base and doubled structural seams.
Outer material: quilted technical polyester. Lining: soft recycled polyester. Covered reinforced webbing handles. Approximate dimensions: 38 × 32 × 13 cm.
The bag fits a rolled yoga mat across the opening or a 13-inch laptop laid flat. There is no dedicated laptop pocket: use a sleeve. Discreet finishes with no visible logo. Colours: black, grey and ivory.
Care: clean with a damp sponge and mild soap; do not machine wash. Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Store upright or flat without overloading. No dry cleaning or bleach.

How to take your measurements correctly
To choose the size best suited to your body shape, use a flexible tape measure and take your measurements directly on your body, without pulling the tape tight.
1. Bust measurement
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level. Maintain a natural posture without puffing out your chest.
This measurement is particularly important when choosing sports bras and sports tops.
2. Waist measurement
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually above your navel and below your ribs.
Do not pull in your stomach, and keep the tape measure comfortably snug.
3. Hip measurement
With your feet together, place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
This measurement is essential when choosing leggings, shorts and other sports bottoms.
Between two sizes: which should you choose?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, your choice may depend on your preferences for comfort and support.

For a closer fit: choose the smaller size if the measurements and the stretch of the garment allow it.

For more room: choose the larger size for greater freedom of movement.

For leggings and shorts: refer mainly to your hip and waist measurements.
