Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between GALAYA (hereinafter "the Seller") and any person making a purchase on the galayaofficiel.com website (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are non-contractual: despite the care taken, color variations may appear depending on the screens.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. GALAYA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 4 — Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A summary email is sent to the Customer at the address provided.

Article 5 — Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. Accepted methods include: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available at the time of order.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are shipped from Europe within 48-72 business hours. Delivery time varies depending on the destination:

• Metropolitan France: 2-4 business days
• European Union: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-15 business days

Delivery costs are indicated at the time of order validation.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the original tag.

To exercise this right, contact contactgalaya@gmail.com with your order number. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the order.

Article 8 — Warranties

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9 — Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Disputes

Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to these GTC will be submitted to the competent French courts. The Customer can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
