For moderate mid-season jogs (10-15°C), yes – the moisture-wicking and four-way stretch adapt well to stride and arm movements. For intense running, interval training, or cold/humid climates, prefer a dedicated windbreaker like ANTARES. CELIA remains optimized for yoga, Pilates, strength training warm-ups, and post-session cool-downs, where its fitted cut provides structure without restricting.

Yes. The cut is fitted but the highly elastic four-way stretch (25% spandex, the highest in our range) follows the hips without visible tension. If the waist-to-hip ratio is significant, take the hip measurement size: the bust and waist will adjust naturally thanks to the stretch. The length falls just below the hip (46-54 cm depending on the size), which structures the silhouette without visually shortening the leg.

We use an industrial-grade plastic zip (YKK equivalent), with a matte metal slider, tested for thousands of open-close cycles. The tape is integrated under a fabric strip to prevent friction with the skin around the sternum and chin. The zip is full-front without overlap, allowing for quick opening for thermoregulation during a session.

Yes. The two side pockets can accommodate a standard-sized smartphone (iPhone 15, Galaxy S24) without deforming the cut or being visually apparent when worn. They do not have a closing zip: for activities with fast movements (running, cycling, jumping), we recommend not leaving your phone in them, or using a fanny pack like the BANANA Galaya.
