Why buy a set instead of separate leggings and a bra?
For exact color consistency (separate colors can vary from one dye lot to another), for seam alignment and the waistband sitting under the bra band, and for savings versus buying the two pieces separately. Can both pieces be worn separately with other outfits?
Yes, that's even the recommended use. Each piece is designed to pair with our other neutral-palette collections. The bra from the set can be worn with other Galaya leggings or under an open jacket. The leggings can be combined with any brand bra or an everyday athleisure top.
Do the top and bottom sizes always correspond?
For most customers, yes, but we offer independent sizes for the bra and leggings in certain variations. If you usually wear S on top and M on the bottom (or vice versa), choose the appropriate combination. Our customer service can create a custom set if the exact variation is not listed.
Is the set opaque throughout?
Yes. Both pieces of the set are cut from the same Galaya Sculpt™ fabric, tested in deep squat and flexion positions. The visual continuity between bra and leggings also eliminates "flash" zones of skin at the waist — a common flaw when leggings and bra are not aligned.
How do I wash a set so the colors remain identical?
Wash both pieces together, at 30°C maximum, inside out, in a laundry bag, without fabric softener. Avoid mixing with very different colors during the first washes. Air dry, flat or on a hanger, away from direct sunlight. This ensures both pieces retain the same shade over time.
How long does a set last with regular use?
With 2-3 sessions per week and proper care, 3 to 5 years without significant loss of shape, elasticity or color. The high-density Galaya Sculpt™ fabric resists wash cycles better than lighter jerseys. The bra usually wears out before the leggings (due to strap stress).
Is the set certified for sensitive skin?
Our sets made of OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabric guarantee the absence of over 350 concerning chemical substances (formaldehyde, heavy metals, allergenic dyes). This is particularly relevant for atopic, sensitive or reactive skin — the certification covers the entire fabric, including sewing thread.
What's the difference compared to an Adanola or Alo Yoga set?
Adanola sets are more affordably priced but use less dense fabric (often ~180 GSM) with less durability over time. Alo sets offer comparable quality but without systematic OEKO-TEX certification. Our set features Galaya Sculpt™ fabric at 230-250 GSM, OEKO-TEX certified, with manufacturing in BSCI audited workshops.
