No. The 11 cm high waistband is constructed with a double layer and a flat internal elastic, anchored below the floating ribs. It does not roll in forward bends, does not slide down in downward-facing dog, and does not dig in when sitting. If you notice a "muffin top" effect on your stomach, the size is too small: take the next size up, respecting the 1/2 waist measurement (23 to 31 cm depending on size).

Yes. The gentle compression of Galaya Sculpt shapes the hips without digging in or constricting. If you have a large waist-to-hip ratio, base your size choice on the 1/2 hip measurement (31 to 39 cm depending on size) rather than the waist measurement — the sculpting waistband accommodates a slight excess at the waist without creasing. The four-way stretch adapts to curves without pulling on the side seam.

The waistband should comfortably allow two fingers flat on your stomach without tension, not dig into your skin or create a roll. By following this protocol, expect two to four years of regular use without loss of opacity or elasticity.

HARMONIE is calibrated for yoga, Pilates, Lagree, barre, and moderate fitness, with athleisure use in the city. It accommodates occasional short-distance running (up to 5 km) and moderate HIIT thanks to its four-way stretch and moisture-wicking properties. For long-distance running, prefer a dedicated legging that is more breathable with mesh zones: HARMONIE's 250GSM weight is slightly warm for 10 km and more in summer.

Yes. The Galaya Sculpt™ knit is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, a protocol that excludes over 350 chemicals of concern (heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates, azo dyes). This is particularly relevant for an item in direct and prolonged contact with the skin. The factory is also BSCI audited, which guarantees that the working conditions of the operators are independently verified.

The Lululemon Align focuses on an extremely soft Nulu feel but remains light-support, not very shaping, and its opacity is limited on light colors. The Alo Airbrush is tighter on the thighs and has a more visible sporty look.
