Its gentle compression sculpts the silhouette without restricting breathing, its moisture-wicking properties keep the skin dry during intense sessions, and its opacity is tested for deep flexion (squat-proof) in all Pilates and yoga positions.

Fit & Size

Sizing advice — The two pieces are cut to the same standard. Take your usual Galaya size, or refer to the size guide below. TARA, ATRIA, and ZANIA share the same size chart. Take your usual Galaya size for all three pieces. ZANIA is a 7/8 legging: it reaches mid-calf on a standard silhouette, and ankle-length on taller sizes.

The TARA top can be worn open or removed during a session, which easily adjusts warmth. The ATRIA cross-back bra remains visible under TARA or can be worn alone.
